  My learning experience of PGD I have been grooming myself as the teacher of Aksharaa school since 6 years now. Teaching was a complete new thing for me. I went there as a fresher but have tutored myself in such a way that I have developed a passion for working with the young minds. Suddenly my school offered me something that I was unaware about. It offered me to join the 1 year classes of KU and pursue my education one more time. I was quite skeptical about the entire thing. I was a working woman along with that I had the responsibility of two kids whom I had to help lots of times. Initially I thought that I would not be able to manage with the time. So I thought this was not my cup of tea. Teacher Development Training

The Sudden closure of the online classes lead to the start of the TDP session of our School. We started the TDP session from 5th of Shrawan. The First day i must admit was quite tedious. Sitting in front of the Electronic device for about 7 hours was not a joke. However, the session was quite fruitful and enthralling. As we are all connected through the net these days knowing various sites for teaching would definitely be handy in the days to come. The sites and the use of those sites by Niroj Sir was very helpful and i am thankful for his effort. As we explored it we could find that the sites were interesting and    fun enough for the students of the primary level. The second day's session was quite flexible as compared to the previous one.   The Same session on the sites continued for the first half.
